Shipping and handling tax

We fixed an issue where the tax calculated by NetSuite on shipping and handling lines differed by one cent from the tax that Tax Determination returned. The connector now sends NetSuite the effective tax rate based on the Tax Determination tax amounts for shipping and handling lines, the same way it does for item lines. The shipping and handling tax and the invoice totals in NetSuite now match the tax committed to Tax Determination, so you no longer need manual adjustment lines to reconcile your monthly reports.
