If the exemption status is IN_PROGRESS or the exemption has not synced with Tax Determination, all fields are editable. If the exemption status is AUDITABLE_COMPLETE and the exemption has synced with Tax Determination, only the following fields are editable:

• Effective Date

• Use SKUs

• Mark as Incomplete

• Notes

• Certificate Number

• Expiration Date

• (If enabled for your organization) Apply to tax calculations

You can also add, update, or remove the certificate image.
