Regulatory updates

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus

We updated the state report cover letters for multiple states to be compliant with changes in regulation:

Oklahoma (OK)

The correct address is now displayed on the cover letter, and the cover letter no longer includes officer names and titles.

Hawaii (HI) and Virgin Islands (VI)

The cover letters no longer include officer names and titles and are formatted to meet notarization requirements.

Puerto Rico (PR) and Vermont (VT)

The cover letters no longer include officer names and titles.

Connecticut (CT) and Massachusetts (MA)

The cover letters no longer show the notary section at the bottom of the letter.

California (CA)

The cover letters for Preliminary Reports, Supplement Reports, Final Reports, and Supplemental Final Reports are now generic and no longer follow the UFS-1 format. They also no longer include officer names and titles.
