Bug fixes

Ad Hoc Products
We fixed an error on the Ad Hoc Products page. Previously, when a product didn't save, the page stopped loading and you had to start over. The page now finishes loading with your suppliers and brands in place, so you can correct the product and save it again.
Shipments
We fixed how ShipCompliant records the actual ship date of shipments that it tracks through carrier events. The actual ship date now comes from the carrier pickup date in the event instead of the time when ShipCompliant processed it.

Regulatory updates

Alaska
We added an annual filing frequency for the Alaska Remote Seller Sales Tax Return. The annual period covers January 1 through December 31, and the report is due one month after the period ends. The report includes only the orders in the annual period, and all other settings match the monthly frequency.
Hawaii
We added two alternative annual filing frequencies for the Hawaii G-49 General Excise/Use Tax Annual Return and Reconciliation: October through September, and November through October. Each report includes only the orders in the period you subscribe to, and it's due 110 days after the period ends. The report also includes a note reminding you to use the filing frequency the state directed you to use.
New York
We updated the product type icons for the New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Return. The Report Settings page now shows the product types the return supports:
  • Wine

  • Sparkling wine

  • Spirits

  • Cider

  • Beer

  • Malt beverage

And the icons now match these product types.
