Learn how to view a report on customer deliverability scores.

This report includes customer information, deliverability score, and customer order information.

1. In ShipCompliant, go to Analytics, and click Analytics Reports.
2. Under Reports, click Fulfillment. Then click Customer Deliverability Scoring.
3. Edit the date range for the data you want to include in the report.
4. To download the report, click the export function and select a format.
