This article is about how to manually import direct-to-consumer orders in bulk. In this article, we will discuss preparing, uploading and saving orders, as well as resolving errors. Keep in mind:

  • Successful orders are imported automatically.

  • Failures are quickly resolvable with ShipCompliant's concise error report.

  • You can re-import any failed orders after resolving issues like missing products.

  1. Go to Orders, then Enter Direct Orders.
  2. Click Download Order Import Templates.
