Bug fixes

• We fixed an issue where looking up the same location with and without county information returned inconsistent Geo Code results. Tax jurisdiction lookups by ZIP code and city now return consistent results regardless of whether the request includes a county.

• We fixed a problem where tax jurisdiction lookups using state and ZIP code could return results from a neighboring state that shares the same ZIP code. When you include a state in the request, the system now correctly limits results to that state only.
