Tax calculator improvements

• You no longer need to set registration status at the country level if you have already set it for a state or province.

• We added an option to indicate whether a location is a point of sale.

• You can now add or remove custom attributes for line items using a dropdown list. Custom attributes are now based on your selected organization.

• Quantity fields now support up to ten digits before the decimal point and two digits after.

Bug fixes

We fixed an issue where registration fields did not populate correctly when uploading tax calculator data in a JSON file.
