Regulatory updates

Georgia

We updated the Georgia ST-3 Sales and Use Tax Report Excel import template to the latest version from the state. The Main tab of the template is now for returns with periods ending from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

The new template applies to:

• Monthly and monthly e-file reports for periods starting September 1, 2026.

• Quarterly and quarterly e-file reports for periods starting July 1, 2026.

Reports for earlier periods continue to use the previous template. Tax rates and data mapping didn't change.

Michigan

We updated the Michigan LCC-3890 Wine Tax Report to the latest version of the state form. The header no longer includes the physical address of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, and each page shows the new revision date.

The Zero sales checkbox is now labeled Zero shipments. This checkbox is selected only when you have no shipments in the reporting period. The form still includes shipments with $0 in sales.

The new form applies to monthly reports for periods starting September 1, 2026, and to quarterly reports for periods starting July 1, 2026.
