New Hampshire

We updated the due diligence threshold for New Hampshire to $50. Due diligence letters now apply the updated threshold, and we updated the Due Diligence by State document on the All tab of the Compliance Resources page.

Puerto Rico

We updated the due diligence threshold for Puerto Rico to $100 and the Due Diligence by State document to reflect this change.

Puerto Rico does not define a due diligence mailing deadline and is not available on the state selection screen when creating due diligence letters.
