ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus

• Previously, Guam properties were included in state reports for both the business' states of incorporation and Guam. We fixed this issue and Guam properties will now only be included in Guam state reports and will not be reported twice.

  • This only applies when the report state is Guam. Using the Alternate filing state field will override this.

Important:

If you are reporting Guam property and already filed the state report for your business's state of incorporation, follow the steps to undo and resubmit a state report.
