ReportMyUP only

  • We fixed a typo on the Oklahoma verification checklist document that is created during the state report process. The payment details will now correctly include "ACH."

  • We corrected the California verification checklist to reflect the $2,000.00 threshold for electronic payments.

Regulatory updates

  • A comprehensive regulatory review of money orders (CK07) has resulted in the following adjustments:

    • The alternative property code CK07A will no longer be available for Arizona or Hawaii.

    • CK07 will automatically convert to CK03 for Financial Institution companies on Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine state reports.

    • CK07 will automatically convert to CK17 for Financial Institution companies on Vermont state reports.

    • The dormancy for CK07 has been updated for the following states and company types:

    The following new codes are now available for import and manual entry.

    • Property codes greater than four characters, such as the AC03AR code below, allow for dormancy differences for the same property type.

    • Codes greater than four characters are automatically converted to their "Alias" on the state report. You can review property code aliases on the Compliance Resources > By State/Province > Property Codes page.

    Dormancy changes will be automatically recalculated for any existing data in the software. We recommend reviewing items with reduced dormancy to determine if immediate action is needed.
