Learn how to create an AP invoice in Oracle Fusion Cloud with Custom Product Code mapping to ensure that Tax Determination provides accurate taxes for the product or service. You can also map Geo Codes with the same method to get accurate taxes for a location.

1. Follow steps 1 through 9 in the article on creating an AP invoice.
2. Click the Details icon at the end of the row.
3. Optional: Enter the Custom Product Code in the Custom Product Code field.
4. Optional: Enter the Geo Code into the Custom Ship to Geo Code field.
5. Click Invoice Actions, then click Validate.
   The system will add the taxes calculated by Tax Determination and show the tax amounts for each line.
