Follow these steps to download a file containing a list of the current independent taxing jurisdictions.

1. Log in to the Sovos Portal.
2. Click My Sovos Products.
3. Find your Global Tax Determination subscription in the Download Updates section, then click the Download icon.
4. Click the Tax Content Updates tab, then click the Download icon in the Full column for the most recent update.
   A window will open with a link to the ZIP file.
5. Click Download to download the ZIP file to your computer.
6. Open the ZIP file, then open the Month_Year_RateChanges.xlsx file.
   Newly added independent jurisdictions are bolded and have the letter I in column E (Independent/Dependent Nexus).
