Define your products' and services' exemption category by mapping them to Entity/Use Codes.

1. Log in to Global Tax Determination and go to Account Setup > Entity/Use Codes.
2. To start mapping, take one of the following steps:
   • If this is your first time mapping Entity/Use Codes, click Map Entity/Use Code.
   • If your organization already has Entity/Use Code mappings, click Add New.
3. There are two ways to find an Entity/Use Code:
   • To search for the code, click the Search icon and enter a keyword in the Search field, then click the Search icon again or press Enter on your keyboard.
   • To find the code manually, click the arrows to expand the sections until you reach the code.
4. Select the Entity/Use Code, then click Next.
5. Enter your ERP's exemption code, then click Add.
6. To map more codes, repeat the process.
7. Click Save.
