About reports

Learn how to use the CertManager reports to track exemptions.

CertManager has several reports that make it easier to track expired and missing certificates, Global Tax Determination sync statuses, customers, and more, without having to scroll through the various dashboards in CertManager.

Exemptions report
It shows the status of all exemptions associated with customers. You can narrow down what you are viewing by adding filters to check exemptions of a certain status, expiration date, or certificates that are associated with specific customers or reasons for exemption.
Customers report
This report is especially useful if you want to view customers that have no exemptions or missing exemptions. You can also run this report if you want to view all your customers that are in CertManager.
Global Tax Determination sync errors report
You can see which of your customers or exemptions are not synced with Global Tax Determination and why in a single file.

Create reports

Learn how to run and download reports in CertManager.

  1. Go to the Reports page and select a report type from the Report Criteria dropdown.
  2. Fill out the relevant fields.
  3. Optional: To send the report in an email, enter the email address you want to send the report to.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Either click View Downloads on the status message or the Downloads button on the page.
  6. On the Downloads page, hover over the report you created and click the Open icon, then click Download.
Your report will be downloaded to your computer. If you added an email address, the report will also be emailed to that address.
