Renew paper and eFile registrations

Learn how to renew a paper or eFile registration.

The process for renewing a label registration varies from state to state. For most states, you'll need to send label registration renewals to the state, and then update your registration information in ShipCompliant. Your first step when renewing is always to submit your renewal application, following the state process, and have it approved. After you have renewed your state label registration, you can input the new registration information into your ShipCompliant account.
  1. In ShipCompliant, go to Registrations and click State - Existing.
  2. Find the label registration you want to work with and click the edit button to the right of the label information.
  3. Input your new registration information. Click Save when you're done.
    You can update approval status and date, and upload an approval letter as needed.
