Review pending order issues for direct-to-consumer order imports

Learn how to review order issues when importing direct-to-consumer orders.

Upload your completed direct-to-consumer order import template. After completing the Import New Order File step, you will be automatically directed to the Pending Order Imports screen.
If you select theCheck for Compliance option under Import Details, pending order imports go through address validation, product validation, and compliance checks. Click Refresh Errors if you see that there are errors but don't see any details.

If you click away from Pending Order Imports, you can get back to it. Click Orders, then Enter Direct Orders. Then click the Pending Order Imports tab. Alternatively, go to Operationsto address pending processes.

  1. Fix address errors by following the system prompts.
    Suggested address changes come from our address validation service.
  2. Fix any product-related errors.
    You can add products from this page, or edit and add products under Setup.
  3. Fix any compliance errors.
    If you get a compliance failure, an order did not pass one or more compliance rules for that state. Read the details of the compliance check results to best address each failure.
