The following updates in VAT Filing will be released in UAT on December 12, 2024, and in PRD on December 16, 2024.
New and improved
- Number of Tax Types per Supplier/Customer
- We added the Number of Tax Types per Supplier/Customer page under the Reports menu.
Users can see how many different tax codes suppliers and customers use under Number of Tax types per Supplier/Customer column.
Users can filter by country, company, dates, and use pagination with 20, 50, or 100 options.
Users can change the order of the columns, hide them, or make them visible with Edit Column.
With the Advanced Filter, users can apply filters on the desired columns and add additional data.
With the Density Management feature, users can change the table view by changing the spaces between the lines.
Users can export the files from the table in .xlsx format.
- Duplicate Invoices
- We added a new Duplicate Invoices page under the Reports menu.
Users can check for specific invoices depending on the combination of Country, Company Code, Supplier VAT Number Used, Customer VAT Number Used, Invoice Date, and Invoice Number fields.
If duplicates are based on the combination of filters, they are shown in the Number of Documents column.
Users can change the order of the columns, hide them, or make them visible with Edit Column.

- We changed the default operator from equals to contains in the filters section for the Invoices and Past Imports pages.

- Invoices
- We fixed a problem that caused the OriginalVATCcodeUsed column to not appear in the exports section.
- Run Analysis (Beta)
- We fixed a problem that caused all rows to appear in the results section when only the incorrect rows should be visible.
- Past Imports
- We fixed a problem that caused the comment in the edit dialog to remain the same for each edit.
- We fixed a problem that caused the page to crash when changing the order of the invisible column while using the Column Order feature.
- We fixed a problem that caused column orders to not change.
- We fixed a problem that caused date fields to not appear properly in the edit dialog.
- We fixed a problem that caused a table to load multiple times when opening the page for the first time.
- We fixed a problem that caused words in the header of the edit dialog to appear too close together.
- We fixed a problem that caused the table to reset to the beginning when exiting the edit dialog.
- We fixed a problem where the operator was not selected in the Then condition of the bulk edit feature.
- We fixed a problem with missing columns in the bulk edit list.
- Import of Settings
- We fixed a problem that caused the import to give a company-level permission error due to assignees being assigned to VAT Groups in the Filing Calendar Setup import.
- Lookup Tables
- We fixed a problem that deleted all entries except the first page when the Save button was pressed.
- We fixed an error message that showed the import does not work when the worksheet name is incorrect.
