The following updates in VAT Filing will be released in UAT on August 8, 2024, and in PRD on August 12, 2024.
New and improved
- Analysis Rules (Beta)
- The new UI for the Analysis Rules page is complete. We have replaced the Legacy Analyses and Analysis Plans pages with the new Analysis Rules page, removing the "beta" tag.
- Past Imports (Beta)

- We have added missing filter operations to the Past Imports (Beta) page.
- The Past Imports (Beta) page is stable while loading.
- It's now possible to see the loading bar.
- We have improved the page performance relative to the legacy version.
- Account Configuration (Beta)
- We have replaced the Security Settings and License pages with the Account Configuration (Beta) page.
- Invoices (Beta)

- We have created the Invoices (Beta) page with a new table component.
- The header is always visible when scrolling.
- We have updated the filter and date picker components.
- API Import - Past Imports / Past Imports (Beta)
- We have fixed the username issue that occurred when importing different API transactions in the same batch.
- CN8 Codes
- We have updated the CN8 code to the latest version.
- User Role Bits - Custom Roles

- We have added two new custom roles.

The user can't use the card if it's not in the correct step.
Bug fixes
- Companies
- We have fixed an issue that occurred when clearing the enable beta features checkbox in the settings: the behavior of the page changed to the account administrator role.
- Past Imports (Beta)
- We have fixed the page so it's more stable, and you can now see the horizontal scrolling bar with the pagination, which is working as intended.
- User Roles

- The Move Workflow Step to Not Required permission has been renamed to Deactivating the Return Card. The buttons to deactivate the return card won't be shown if the user doesn't have the Deactivate Return Card permission.

You will receive an error message when trying to drag the card to another step if you don't have permission to do so (Move Workflow Step). If you don't have permission to move a card, you will receive an error message. Also, the options to move the card using bulk actions, right-click, or move arrows in the card details won't be shown.

If you lose permission while on the page with the Disable or Move options visible, attempting these actions will result in an error message, indicating that you don't permission to perform that action.
- Run Analysis (Beta)
- We have fixed the missing batch name by adding it to the table on the Run Analysis (Beta) page.
Regulatory updates
- Spain
- Spain Modelo - 303 periodic VAT return has been updated in VAT Filing to reflect the new schema.
- Romania
- We have added the Tax Code for ESPL Goods and Services Code A section: RO130850-Purchase-O-SR-Regularization of Intra-Community acquisition of goods not subject to Article 287 of the Romanian Tax Code.
