Create a support ticket

Here is how to contact Support with any technical issues.

  1. Go to the Sovos Portal.
  2. Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
  3. Click Create Case, then click Support Case.
  4. Select the account from the dropdown.
    The products linked to selected the account are displayed.
  5. Select the product from the Select Platform dropdown.
  6. Fill in the following fields:
    • Reporting Region
    • Jurisdiction/Country
    • Subject
    • Description
    Tip:

    Give as much detail as possible in the support case description.

  7. Click Next.
    The Case Watcher(s) field will be displayed.
  8. Enter the email addresses of the team members who should follow this support case.
  9. Click Submit.
Your case is now available to the Support team.
