Learn how to file a return with EDI in Sales Tax Filing.

1. On the Returns page, click the return.
2. Click the Download icon to download the EDI file of your return.
   Note:

   Any address and banking information added when your account was set up will be included in all EDIs.

3. Click Open Website.
   The tax authority's website will open in a new tab in your browser window.
4. Log in to the tax authority's website and follow the instructions there to file your return.
   If you have any login or payment details for this return saved in Sales Tax Filing, use that information when filing the return.
5. After filing the return, enter any confirmation numbers you receive from the tax authority in the Confirmation section in Sales Tax Filing, then click Save.
6. Close the File via EDI page to return to the Overview page.
7. Click the down arrow on the File & Pay stage to advance the return to Complete.
