View and filter returns

This task provides instructions on how to view and apply various filters to returns within the system, including selecting clients, navigating through months, and searching by territories or keywords.

  1. On the Filing Services side menu, select Returns.

  2. If you have more than one client on your account, select the Client selection dropdown menu or type the name in the box to search from the list.

  3. The Returns page always opens on the current month. To scroll to other months, click the arrows, or click on the Calendar icon to select a different month and year.

  4. To filter results by territory, select the All Territories dropdown.

    Note:

    Once the filters are applied, the relevant tax return file(s) will display on the Returns screen.

  5. Click the Search icon to search the names of all your returns by keyword.
