View and upload data

This task details the process of viewing and uploading data in Filing Services.

You can filter the data list by company, month, or territory. You can also search for the file name by keyword.
  1. From the Navigation Menu, select Data.

  2. On the Data page, go to the Client Selection dropdown and select the client account.
    You can also type in and search for the client name.Client selection dropdown on the Data page.
  3. The system automatically defaults to the current month for the uploaded data.

  4. To upload data, click one of the Upload File buttons on the Data page.
  5. On the Upload File(s) screen, select a Period and Territory (or multiple territories) from the associated dropdown. Click X next to a territory to remove it.

  6. Click Browse to upload one or more files to the application, or simply drag and drop your files. Once a file is selected, the Continue button is enabled.
    Note:

    Only files with the following extensions are supported: .csv, .bmp, .txt, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, .ppsx, .one, and .pub.

  7. To delete a file, hover over the file and click the Delete icon.

  8. Once all files have been confirmed, click Continue.
  9. The Data page now shows all of your uploaded file(s). The number of comments for uploaded data will display next to the Comment icon.
  10. To add a new comment, click the Comment icon. You can also click the Attachment icon to attach a file(s) to the comment.
