When your company runs out of all documents in its plans, it enters restricted mode. This means you can no longer send documents, and the documents you receive are blocked, preventing the company from using the content.

Take the company out of restricted mode

To take the company out of restricted mode and back to normal mode, your company must buy at least one new document plan. For more details, see the article Remove a company from restricted mode.
