About plans and subscriptions

On the portal, you can buy document plans to send documents to Sovos Saphety customers, including those in retail and public administration.

There are multiple payment methods to buy the plan that best suits your needs.

After the payment is completed, Sovos Saphety will issue a service invoice, which is available on the portal.

All financial documents sent, received, and stored in the portal will be deducted from your plan.
Important:

Plans are valid for one year.

The plan expires upon the first occurrence of either:

  • Consumption of the plan's document balance

  • Reaching the expiration date

You must buy a new document plan when the current one expires. If the service is not renewed, the account will enter restricted mode, and only documents sent or received before the expiration date will be accessible.
Note:

If the expiration date has passed, you can't use the documents, even if the documents have not been consumed.
