Reset the EDI portal password
You can reset the EDI portal password by going to the recovery page, entering your username, and setting a new password that meets security requirements.
- Go to the login page of the EDI Portal

- Click Recover password.
- Enter your username.
- Click Recover password.Note:
You will receive an email to recover your password. The email has a link that directs you to a page where you can reset your password.
- On this page, enter your new password.About the new password:
- It cannot contain usernames from the Username field used to log in to the application, email address, or parts of it, nor the identifying code of the entity - for example, the Tax ID or GLN.
- You cannot repeat any of the last six passwords used, and the history only starts counting from today's date.
- You must obtain a minimum rating of Good. This requires a minimum of eight
characters, lower and upper case letters, numbers, and special characters.Note:
The account will be automatically blocked after 20 consecutive failed login attempts.
A waiting time will be introduced between attempts to log in, increasing as the number of failed attempts increases.
- Click Set this as my new password.
- Click Login after the success message.
- Enter your username.
- Enter the new password.
- Click Login.
