Reset the EDI portal password

You can reset the EDI portal password by going to the recovery page, entering your username, and setting a new password that meets security requirements.

  1. Go to the login page of the EDI Portal .
  2. Click Recover password.
  3. Enter your username.
  4. Click Recover password.
    Note:

    You will receive an email to recover your password. The email has a link that directs you to a page where you can reset your password.

  5. On this page, enter your new password.
    About the new password:
    • It cannot contain usernames from the Username field used to log in to the application, email address, or parts of it, nor the identifying code of the entity - for example, the Tax ID or GLN.
    • You cannot repeat any of the last six passwords used, and the history only starts counting from today's date.
    • You must obtain a minimum rating of Good. This requires a minimum of eight characters, lower and upper case letters, numbers, and special characters.
      Note:

      The account will be automatically blocked after 20 consecutive failed login attempts.

      A waiting time will be introduced between attempts to log in, increasing as the number of failed attempts increases.

  6. Click Set this as my new password.
  7. Click Login after the success message.
  8. Enter your username.
  9. Enter the new password.
  10. Click Login.
