Unlock documents

Learn how to unlock a document in the Saphety Invoice Network portal.

When a company is in restricted mode, you can't send documents, and all received documents are blocked. Although the documents are visible, you can't use the content.

To exit the restricted mode, you must buy new document plans to unlock the documents.

You must buy more documents than the number of blocked documents in the account, and then you must unlock them. The unlocked documents are automatically deducted from the plans that were purchased.
Note:

If buying documents isn't enough to regularize the account, it will stay in restricted mode even if all documents are unlocked. The plan will be marked as exceeded if the number of documents sent exceeds the number purchased.

If the account is in restricted mode, new documents received will be blocked. You will need to buy new document plans until the company exits restricted mode and has an available balance to receive documents, making their content accessible.

  1. At the top-right of the screen, click Click to Unlock and then click the link below.
    Note:

    The Click to Unlock button is only shown if you have companies in restricted mode.

    You can also select Documents from the side menu and configure the filter to show blocked documents, whose content can't be used.

  2. Select Subscribe to choose the most suitable plan for you and go ahead with the purchase.
    Note:

    Throughout the purchase process, the information at the top of the screen shows that the company is in restricted mode and has blocked documents. When the payment is complete, this information disappears.

  3. After buying the plan, click Home on the side menu.
  4. Click Documents Blocked Click to unlock.
  5. Click Recover documents.
  6. Confirm that the process is complete and that no documents are blocked.
