New and improved
- Sovi
- We added Sovi AI to Compliance Network. You can now access AI-powered assistance and documentation directly in the product. For information, see About the Sovos toolbar.
- Email Tracking
- We added email status tracking to the document history tab. You can now view the delivery status of emails sent from Compliance Network.
- Document Management
- We added validation for PDF template uploads. You can now upload only compressed PDF templates that meet size requirements.
- API
- We added the ability to download ApplicationResponse files from storage. You can now retrieve ApplicationResponse documents through the API.

- We updated the inbound polling workflow to support Message Level Response (MLR) and extended MLR for e-invoicing and fiscalization. You can now receive status updates for both e-invoice delivery and tax authority fiscalization.
- We updated the outbound polling workflow to support MLR for e-invoicing and fiscalization. You can now track the status of outbound documents through the fiscalization process.
- We added dynamic state configuration for polling and transmission credentials. You can now configure credentials once and share them across inbound and outbound products.

We fixed a problem that was causing rejected documents to display as approved in the portal. You can now see the correct document status for documents processed by the Greek tax authority.

We fixed a problem that was causing polling loops when authorization errors occurred. The system now stops polling and displays an error notification when credentials are invalid.

- We fixed a problem that was causing workflows to continue when authentication tokens were invalid. The system now stops the workflow and displays an error when token validation fails.
- Invoice Monitor
- We fixed a translation error that occurred when multiple categories were available. You can now see the correct translations in the Invoice Monitor.
