Manage transactions

Learn how to find, download, and upload transactions.

The Transactions page allows you to find and download all incoming and outgoing transactions that contain documents or life cycles. Using the information found in a transaction's details page, you can easily track and compare all activity associated with each transaction and resolve any discrepancies. In addition, you can upload incoming transactions.

Find and download a transaction

  1. Click the Settings icon.
  2. Go to Transactions on the navigation menu.
  3. Select Documents or Life cycles. Then, use the available filters to find a transaction:

    Date filter
    Choose from Today, Last 7 days, Current month, Last 30 days, and Current year.
    Search
    Use this icon to search for a specific transaction ID.
    Columns
    Use this icon to show or hide columns, or to display them in a different order.
    Filters
    Use this icon to search using different fields.
    More options
    Use this icon to change the row layout of the table to Compact, Standard, or Comfortable. You can also select Reload to show the most recent data on the table, or Reset filters to undo all applied filters.
  4. Click the ID in the Transaction ID column. This will show the Transaction Details page, with details such as the Exchanged Format Type and the Processing Logs.
  5. To view more details and download any documents or life cycles from the transaction, click the specific item inside the transaction tree:

    Note: You can also go to the Document Details or to the Life Cycle Details page from within a transaction. After selecting a specific document or life cycle in the transaction tree, click View. Then, you can download it from the loaded page.
  6. Click Download to download the transaction file.

Upload incoming transactions

Note: This article is for Organization Admins and Workspace Admins only.
  1. Click the Settings icon.
  2. Go to Transactions on the navigation menu.
  3. Click the Documents or the Life cycles tab. Then, click Upload or Upload life cycle.

  4. In the Upload file pop-up, click Upload to add your file in one of the specified formats.
  5. Select the fields below, then click Confirm:

    • Direction: Choose between Received or Sent

    • Organization: Choose an organization

    • Sender transaction id (optional): Enter the specific sender ID

    • Plugin type: Select Well Known for widely used formats such as UBL. Otherwise, choose Custom.

    • Plugin: Select one of the currently available plugins.
