Dashboard
The dashboard is your central hub in Compliance Network.
The dashboard is the central hub where you can find your sent and received transactions and other details related to your life cycles and documents.
The dashboard has two tabs: Sent and Received.
Tip:
The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in to your account. To return to it at any time, just choose Dashboard on the navigation menu.
Dashboard filters
By using the dashboard filters in Compliance Network, you can filter data in the Sent and Received tabs by date, currency, and document type.
Available filters:
- Date
- Choose from All dates,All dates,Last 7 days,Current month,Last 30 days, and Current year.
- Currency
- The different currencies available for your company.
- Document type
- Choose from All Document types, Credit Note, Debit Note, andInvoice.
Available widgets
The dashboard widgets in Compliance Network show different data depending on the selected tab and filters:
- Number of documents
- Lists the number of documents in all transactions. If there are documents that need attention, they'll be shown next to the number. Click the notification to see a list with all documents from this widget.
- Total amount of selected currency
- Shows the total amount from all transactions in the selected currency filter.
- Number of transactions
- Shows the total number of transactions.
- Document life cycle status distribution
- Shows a pie chart with the different life cycle statuses among all transactions and their percentage in the total. Click any item in the chart or in the legend to see a list with all documents with a given life cycle status.
- Tax Authority communication status
- Shows the number of documents transmitted to the tax authority, sorted by status. Click any item in the chart or in the legend to see a list with all documents with that tax authority status.
- Revenue distribution by selected currency
- Shows a line chart with the total amount from all included documents, based in the selected currency.
- Top Companies by Exchanged Documents
- Shows a bar chart with the companies that have more exchanged documents.
Tip: To see the most updated data on the dashboard, click Refresh, which reloads the data, while keeping whatever filters you have selected.
