Schema reference
XML Schema definitions for HashedDoc document formats used with TrustWeaver detached signature operations.
HashedDoc schema
The HashedDoc format is a well-formed XML document that contains a single hex-encoded digest of the content to be signed. Use it when the actual document cannot be transmitted in the request; for example, because of its size or confidentiality constraints. The digest algorithm is identified by its OID.

Example HashedDoc file. The digest is a hex-encoded SHA-256 value of the signed content.
XML
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<hashedDocument xmlns="http://www.trustweaver.com/ts/hashedDocumentTypes">
<!-- Hex-encoded SHA-256 message digest computed on the content -->
<!-- Do not include whitespace characters in the digest value -->
<digest oid="2.16.840.1.101.3.4.2.1">
