Two problems are specific to Slovakia: the double underscore in the outbound product ID, and a missing eMLR after delivery is confirmed.

Double underscore in outbound product ID

The outbound product ID is sk_Invoice__1.0 with a double underscore between Invoice and 1.0. Using a single underscore causes provisioning to fail. If your organization setup failed silently, check the product ID and re-provision.

TDD reporting status not arriving (no eMLR)

If you receive SCICloudStatusCode 216 (delivery confirmed) but no subsequent 200 (TDD reporting success), keep polling. The eMLR can arrive after the MLR — they're independent events. If no eMLR arrives after an extended period, check whether C5 eMLR responses are available in your environment.

UAT limitation: C5 eMLR responses confirming TDD reporting to the Slovak FA may not be available in the initial Unimaze sandbox. They're expected from Q3 2026 onward.
