e-invoicing

Compliance Network Implementation Guide

Sending invoices from Slovakia

Sending a Slovakia invoice means building an SBD, submitting it to the API, and tracking delivery and tax reporting separately. Confirm the products, identifiers, and buyer registration first.

Learn how to build and submit an invoice, track it through delivery and Tax Data Document (TDD) reporting, and resolve errors.

Before you start

Complete the following before submitting invoices:

  • Your organization has the Slovakia e-invoicing outbound product enabled (sk_Invoice__1.0).

  • An Outbound Endpoint Service (ERP System) ID is configured for your organization. See Set up account.

  • Your PEPPOL participant identifier (DIČ, scheme 0245) is registered and active in the Slovak SMP. See Set up credentials and Configure network.

  • You know the buyer's PEPPOL participant identifier and have confirmed they're registered on the Slovak PEPPOL network. See Verify buyer registration below.

Build your invoice SBD

Before submitting, wrap your invoice in a Standard Business Document (SBD). The SBD consists of an SBDH routing header and the invoice XML body.

See Create a document for the complete SBDH structure and invoice schema, including Slovakia-specific field requirements.
