Debit notes aren't supported for Norway.
PEPPOL participant identifier in the invoice body
The seller's and buyer's PEPPOL participant identifiers must appear in the EndpointID element of each party block, using scheme 0192.
The
schemeID must be 0192. Don't use NO or any other value. If the buyer's EndpointID isn't registered as a Peppol participant, dynamic discovery fails during endpoint resolution before the invoice reaches the network. For Norwegian buyers, this appears as error M-NO-3004003 ("The buyer is not registered in ELMA/Peppol").
