Delete forms

Learn how to delete forms you no longer need to report on.

Important:

  • Forms that have been printed or transmitted can't be deleted and the Delete button will be greyed out.

  • Deleted data can't be recovered.

Note:

To delete multiple forms at once, reset your data.

  1. On the Forms page, use the tabs and quick filters or search to find the form, then click the form's row.
  2. Click the More options icon, then select Delete.
    The More options icon and the Delete button are highlighted.
  3. In the pop-up, click Delete.
