Your Sovos Tax Information Reporting subscription renews automatically on April 1 each year, so you have uninterrupted access to your account, filings, and compliance tools.
When you accepted the Terms and Conditions, you agreed to automatic annual renewal on April 1.

The IRS is moving from the Filing Information Returns Electronically (FIRE) system to the Information Returns Intake System (IRIS) starting with tax year 2026. An active subscription includes:

Continued use of your current Transmitter Control Code (TCC)

A smooth transition to IRIS-supported filing within the application

- Name/TIN validation

Plan changes at renewal
Your subscription renews at your current plan and volume. Make any plan or volume changes before April 1.
Refund policy
Renewals are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are part of the agreed Terms and Conditions.
