Verify a single recipient's TIN on the TIN Matching page

Follow these steps to verify the identity of one person on the TIN Matching page.

Read more about what TIN matching is and the databases and sanctions lists used in the verification process.

  1. Click TIN Matching on the side menu.
  2. Enter a name and TIN, then click Verify identity.
    Tip: Enter a nine-digit TIN with no dashes, for example, 123456789. You can enter up to 40 characters in the Name field.
