Find out what your import result means.

After importing a file, one of the following messages will be displayed:

Success

Your data was successfully imported. Go to the Payers, Recipients, and Forms pages to view your data.

Import complete

Your data was imported, but some have validation errors that may not allow them to be mailed or accepted by the IRS or states. Click ​Review errors ​to view and fix them.

Import complete with issues

Only some of your data was imported.​​​

• Click Download failed records to review the data that was not imported. Fix the issues in your import file, then re-import it. Read the article on common issues during importing.
• Click Review errors to view and fix records that were imported with validation errors.
